Terms of Service
1. Agreement and service
These Terms govern your use of Real-time Voice Translate. The App provides automated speech recognition, text and voice translation, screen translation, video subtitles, history, account and optional paid features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You may use supported third-party sign-in. You must keep your sign-in method secure and provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time in the App or through the account-deletion page. Account deletion is permanent and removes unused quotas and App benefits; it does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Prices and billing periods are shown by Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled in Google Play before renewal. Manage or cancel them in Google Play. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and Google Play policy. Deleting an account does not create an automatic refund.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; infringe rights; upload content you lack permission to process; bypass quotas, security or payment controls; disrupt the service; distribute malware; or use automated access that harms other users or our systems.
5. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us and necessary processors a limited right to process it solely to provide, secure and support the requested service. You are responsible for obtaining consent before recording or translating other people and for complying with local recording, copyright and privacy laws.
6. Automated results
Recognition and translation may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the App as the sole source for emergencies, medical care, legal proceedings, safety-critical instructions or other high-risk decisions.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider availability, law or security. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes as required.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss and, for paid claims, the amount paid for the relevant service during the preceding 12 months.

一、服务
本协议适用于实时语音翻译提供的自动语音识别、文字与语音翻译、屏幕翻译、视频字幕、历史记录、账号和付费功能。不同意本协议时请勿使用。
二、账号与删除
您可通过受支持的第三方账号登录，并应妥善保护登录凭据。您可在 App 内或通过账号删除页永久删除账号；未使用配额及 App 权益将一并失效。删除账号不会自动取消 Google Play 订阅，请先在 Google Play 管理订阅。
三、订阅与购买
价格、周期和续订信息以购买前 Google Play 展示为准。订阅会按 Play 条款自动续订，您可在 Google Play 中取消。退款适用法律和 Google Play 政策；删除账号不自动产生退款。
四、使用规则与内容
不得违法使用、侵害他人权利、上传无权处理的内容、绕过配额/安全/支付控制、破坏服务或传播恶意程序。您保留提交内容的权利，并仅授权我们及必要服务商为提供和保护所请求服务而处理。录音或翻译他人前，您应取得必要同意并遵守当地录音、版权和隐私法律。
五、结果与责任
自动识别和翻译可能不完整或不准确，不应作为紧急、医疗、法律、安全关键或其他高风险决定的唯一依据。在法律允许范围内，服务按现状提供；本协议不排除依法不能排除的消费者权利或责任。
