删除账号及相关数据
Open the App → Profile → Delete account → confirm deletion.
打开 App → 个人中心 → 删除账号 → 确认删除。
Submit a deletion request / 提交删除申请
If you cannot access the App, submit this form. We verify account ownership before deletion. Never provide a password, identity document, payment-card details or purchase token.
如果您无法使用 App，可提交此表单。我们会先核验账号控制权再执行删除。请勿提交密码、身份证件、银行卡信息或购买令牌。
What happens next / 后续流程
- We issue a request number and contact you at the email above. / 系统生成申请编号，并通过上述邮箱联系您。
- We verify that you control the account. / 我们核验您对账号的控制权。
- After verification, we permanently delete account-linked data and confirm completion. / 核验通过后，我们永久删除账号关联数据并通知处理结果。
Submitting this unauthenticated form does not immediately delete an account, which prevents unauthorized deletion by another person.
公开表单提交后不会立即删除账号，以防他人冒用信息恶意删号。
Data deleted / 删除范围
Account profile and sign-in association, device and notification tokens, translation history, uploaded or derived content, video tasks and subtitles, usage and quota records, feedback, and account-linked diagnostics.
账号资料和登录关联、设备及推送令牌、翻译历史、上传或生成的内容、视频任务及字幕、使用和配额记录、反馈以及账号关联的诊断信息。
Limited retention / 有限保留
Minimum transaction evidence may be retained where required for accounting, refunds, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance. It is disconnected from the deleted account where feasible and kept only for the applicable period. Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified statistics may remain.
因会计、退款、安全、反欺诈、争议处理或法律合规确需保留的最少交易凭证，可能在适用期限内保留，并在可行范围内与已删除账号解除关联；汇总或不可逆去标识化统计信息可能继续保留。
Before deleting, cancel any active subscription in Google Play. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription or automatically issue a refund.
删除前请先在 Google Play 取消有效订阅。删除账号不会自动取消订阅或产生退款。
